Transcript for "Mobilizing Coupa Inventory: Accelerate Warehouse Operations and Eliminate Errors":
Hello, everyone. Good to have you participating in this webinar for mobilizing Coupa Software inventory, accelerating warehouse operations, and eliminating errors. With this, I'd like to hand it over to Wade to begin the webinar. Very good. Thank you, Nari. And welcome, everybody. Good morning, afternoon, evening, wherever you may be. I'm super excited to kinda step through this and talk a little bit about mobile a mobile application, for Coupa Software inventory, get into a little bit around, how this can help you improve accuracy, efficiencies, increase your ability for, product and service delivery within your organization to your customers. So just a little bit of a background on Inventora and what Inventora is. Inventora is a mobile application for iOS and Android, devices. So you can think phones, tablets, mobile devices, to manage the full functionality of Coupa Software inventory, basically in the palm of your hand, anytime, anywhere. So we're gonna get into that a little bit, you know, here in here in a bit. We'll get into, today's agenda. You're probably gonna see some polls. So we're gonna see a poll here, and, hopefully, when we go through that poll, obviously, encourage your participation in that poll. And then, also, we have a q and a section that we would love to to welcome, questions that we can answer at the end. We'll have a q and a session at the end of today's, webinar that we'll go through and try to answer your questions. So a little bit, about myself. I'm just gonna do a brief introduction to me. I'm Wade Lyons. I've been in the procurement space for over thirty years. Led procurement organizations in technology, retail, mining and drilling, BPO, pharmaceuticals, so kind of across the gamut. Was an early adopter of Coupa as the chief procurement officer at Teleperformance, where I spent ten years, and spent ten years deploying Coupa across 64 different entities with all of their own, ERPs and integrations, including the Coupa inventory, module and functionality. So that's a little bit about myself, a little bit around Spend Allies who's hosting the webinar today, in conjunction with Coupa and TAOS Digital. I've been in the since leaving the procure as a the industry as a procurement practitioner and jumping into the Coupa consulting space, which has been a little over six years now that I've been in the Coupa consulting space. We we've oh, excuse me. So jumped into the consulting space about six years ago with Coupa. We're now a qualified and authorized partner of Coupa, and Spend Allies is really a collective. So I had my individual consulting firm, Big Mountain Consulting, and basically took a collective of best in class Coupa providers, including Icono Labs, which is a well known and trusted partner, and also former Coupa customer. And then TAOS Digital Digital, who you'll hear from today with Audi, which is really a technologist, an organization of technologists that provide us with complex integrations, custom solutions such as the inventory the Inventora application, and that's a little bit around Spend Allies. So with that, I'm gonna turn this over to Nari to do a bit of an introduction between, Nari, and then we'll hear from audience an introduction as well. Thank you so much, Wade. So my name is Nari, Nari Viswanathan. I'm with Coupa. I've been with Coupa for more than about four and a half years now. My focus is on the product and solutions for our direct spend and supply chain related solution areas, work closely with ISV partners like Spend Allies, really look at how do we solve customer problems through different types of innovative AI solutions. So that's going to be my focus in this discussion today. Thank you. Hello, everybody. Thank you for joining us today. My name is Aditya Pandurangan. I'm the founder, managing partner of TAOS Digital. We're a Cooper partner through the Spend Allies Collective, and we built the InventorRaaS solution in response to some of the needs that we saw with some of our customers in the Coupa space. I'm gonna be spending some time today talking about the solution itself, demonstrating hopefully some key capabilities that we were able to put together, you know, to deliver a frictionless experience for, you know, for you all. And hopefully, look forward to answering some questions and, you know, take it from there. Thank you. Very good. So thanks for the introductions. We're gonna jump into the agenda here real quick. I'm just gonna jump into the agenda. You're going to see, that we have a poll that Kimberly has posted. Hopefully, you will participate in that poll and give us some feedback. The agenda today, we talked a little bit about, Coupa inventory. Inventory, we're gonna, jump into a little bit of a overview of Coupa inventory as a whole, the value proposition behind that. We're also going to go through the mobilizing Coupa inventory with Inventara, which is the mobile application that I did a brief introduction to in the intro. And then we're not going to bore you to death with a bunch of slides, and rambling through slides and content. We're actually going to have a demo, which will be the majority of the webinar today. We will have Aditya do a demo. Again, you can post your questions in the q and a section. We'll address those at the end of the webinar. So with that, perhaps we could look at the poll results if we have those. So, yeah, looks like the answer is or or kind of the response is a mix of all the three. Like, you know, we talked about those three categories of participants. Looks like mostly we have active Coupa customers and Coupa customers who do not have inventory. So that's kind of the mix that we have. Yeah. And it's and it's good to have folks from both of those categories. Right? So, the thing about the inventory inventory application is that it can be applied to existing inventory implementations of clients who currently have Coupa inventory. It it's basically an enablement of an application that sits on top of Coupa itself. If you're considering Coupa, whether you're an existing Coupa Coupa customer who's looking to expand to the inventory module or a prospect that's looking at Coupa as a whole, inventory solution also fits those needs as well. So I think the content today will be applicable to everybody, and I appreciate the feedback on that. And with that, let's turn this over to Nari Viswanathan and get a little bit, a background on Coupa itself. Thank you so much, Wade. So I think I'm kind of stating the obvious that real time inventory visibility is a very big issue for companies still. You know, there was a recent survey where a very high amount of supply chain executives said that real time inventory visibility was a top critical issue for their organization. So what what are some of the challenges that companies face when they don't have visibility to their inventory? One problem definitely is the fact that you are storing too much of inventory. You are storing inventory buffer because you are worried about getting stock out or not being able to fulfill your customer requirements. The number two problem is upfront, you know, changes in demand can result in a bullwhip effect throughout your supply chain. Again, this causes buildup of inventory. And then the third issue is essentially between buyers and suppliers, whether you're talking about any type of category, whether it's indirect or direct or MRO and so on, any lack of communication between them will result in more of expedited costs and strained relationships between them. That's why it's super important for companies to focus on real time inventory visibility. Go to the next slide. Essentially, you know, we have multiple use cases where we can talk about inventory visibility. I'll just mention three of those. The first one is a classic stockroom environment. Let's say that you're there it's a hospital or a hotel or any other organization where you have a stockroom and you are ensuring that you are storing and managing items, and, you know, you need to fulfill the requirement for those items. And you need to know how much of inventory is there for all of the SKUs which are present in that stockroom. The second use case is that of asset tracking, wherein you have some high value asset that you need to ensure that you are tracking as it gets moved throughout a building or a supply chain or multiple warehouses and so on. The third use case is essentially in terms of the MRO, maintenance, repair, and operations, you got to ensure that, especially for critical requirements, you know, you don't want plant shutdowns or stoppages to happen. You need to ensure that you are managing the inventory of your MRO parts in a in a accurate fashion. So those are some of the use cases. We'll touch upon some of these when Aditya goes through the demo. So in terms of Coupa inventory management, Coupa inventory management is a solution that sits on top of the p to p solution. This, Coupa inventory management is definitely applicable for all of our customers who are on Coupa, procure to pay. There are three, elements to it. The first is the buy component. The second is the fulfill. And then the third is the manage. Buy essentially is really talking about understanding how much of inventory that you have and how much you need to order. Fulfill is essentially, okay. Now that I know how much I need to order, how am I going to send the purchase order to the supplier? And the supplier essentially fulfills it. And then the third element is, on an ongoing basis, identifying the performance of your suppliers, identifying the performance of your inventory, like how much of stock outs happen, are you having excess inventory, and really analyzing your working capital. So those are kind of the three elements there. And for this solution to work, it's extremely important that you need to understand how much of inventory that you have. Because if you look at the buy, you know, you the first bullet point there is know how much of inventory you have. And that's really the solution which we are going to talk about today through Spend Allies and what Aditya is going to talk about. So I'm going to hand it over to Aditya now. Thank you, Nari. So something that the genesis of, you know, this entire solution, I'll call it a solution, right, is a recurring challenge that we saw with inventory implementations and needs where even though the inventory was loaded and ready to go, it still took time to really activate it and make it available, you know, from a mobile standpoint. And so the real question that we asked ourselves is what if we could build a solution that could get activated instantly, could, give you real time visibility on your corporate devices, whether it is a phone or a tablet, right, so that you're able to and with integrated barcode scanning, with offline functionality, with RFID scanning functionality that you're able to then leverage and and see immediate ROI on. And that really was the genesis of the Inventor application. In the next few minutes, I'm going to be talking about really the the solution. So I'm gonna be demoing the solution. We're going to take a look at the the solution on the phone. We're going to really see what sort of functionality exists. We have a few pieces to demonstrate today. We're going to be demonstrating some, you know, lot controlled receiving functionalities, some inventory consumption, some dispose, and we're also going to be talking about some cycle counting as well with some RFID scanning. And some of these actually have some you know, they're they're based on some of the requests that we have gotten from customers, you know, as we were kind of working with them. And so, hopefully, this this provides the right kind of context. Can we move on? Let me share. Okay. So while so while you're jumping into that screen, Nari, I just wanna speak a little bit to kinda we talk about use cases, but specifics around industries where Coupa Software inventory plays. So we see Coupa Software inventory in everything from technology companies that are looking to manage software licenses, hardware devices. When you get into education, biosciences, therapeutics companies, you have diagnostic kits, sterile products, prescriptive prescription drugs. If you get into hospitality, you may have toiletries. You may have food and beverage. If you get into aviation, you can be talking about O rings and seals and supplies and and parts in in, you know, aircraft. Nonprofit organizations, can be pantry items, those type of, guess, type of products that you're looking at managing through inventory. So it's really a very broad product in the Coupa inventory application itself across various industries. So there's unlimited use cases that are out there. And we can speak more to that as folks have you know, if there's folks have questions for specific industries that they wanna dive into deeper, we can do that, later. I just wanted to kinda give some context that this kind of applies regardless. Right? You can have general inventory management where companies are managing, anything from furniture to the, you know, expiration of fire extinguishers that they have in inventory because you have to remain compliant with your regular your local fire code. So just a little bit of background there to kinda context on breadth of scope. Thank you, Wade. Can somebody confirm that you're able to see my phone? We see a clock. Okay. Excellent. Alright. You see a clock. Good deal. So the first thing I'm going to show is I'm gonna go into Play Store. Right? So if I look for Inventora, you can see that, you know, Inventora is published on the Play Store. It's also published on the Apple Store, and so it's literally, like every other application out there, downloadable. Now the activation is going to take a license key, and you can reach out to us to kinda work with us on a license key, you know, or, you know, do a a quick sort of a time bound, you know, demo as well. And so you can reach out to us after this webinar if you're interested. So let me click on Inventara. This is the home application, and there's a specific reason why I chose, the Google Pixel 10. It's it's a fold phone, so it gives you a sense of both a mobile view as well as a tablet view. And for the purposes of this demo, we're going to go through a tablet view just to give a sense for it. Right? The first thing I'll talk about is you have a home screen, right, like this. Now access to, you know, the information that exists in Coupa for every user, is controlled by your Coupa user ID and password. So if you have access to the data in Coupa, you have access to the data in Inventora. Nothing more, nothing less. And that's a very important thing because, you know, it it really removes the risk of having too little or too much data available to you, you know, on the, you know, on the application itself. The second thing that I wanna talk about is really the capabilities around languages. Early on, we had the opportunity to interact with, you know, a company from France. And so, you know, there's obviously lots of organizations who may be on this call who have operations across the globe. And so we actually have a multilingual setup with more most of the common languages such as French, you know, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Mandarin, and Arabic. And so hopefully that, you know, allows for, you know, deployment across a broad range of regions as well. So I'll start with with receiving. That'll be our first functionality that we're going to demonstrate today. So when I click on receiving, there's two ways we can do it. We can either do it using the purchase order scan or the item, and you can also search for it. But obviously it's a good place to demonstrate the barcode scanning functionality as well. So I'm gonna select the barcode functionality. And before we start off just prefacing it, this is a live demo with real data. And so we may fall prey to Murphy's loss, but let's hope that's not the case. So as you can see, that was a very quick scan. I have QR code here. This also does two d, three d barcodes, different types of barcodes. In this case, it just happened to be a QR code. And there's a set of purchase orders against this particular item, and so we're just gonna select one. And and then we're going to add. So let's just let's just pause here for a minute. You can see that, you know, this is actually a lot control item. So and we'll come back to this, you know, later on. But as we search for lots and I'm just going to scan, you know, a random lot number as well. So I'm just and as you noticed, that was a barcode, and I'm just going to give it, you know, a random lot number. Right? 630. And then we're do a 100. And let's just go here and select this and then save it. So this has the ability for you to add more than one lot as well, which is what we're demonstrating here. Right? So and I'll just do 0930. 1.3 is here. And then select a date, September 30. Okay. So we've selected that, and we're going to push it into the medical supply warehouse. And you have the ability here to just, you know, just recheck. Right? And then we're going to receive it through inventory. So you'll you'll notice that you can select the warehouse. You can select the location in that warehouse that you can receive those goods into. Having that lot number associated is obviously critical critical if you have perishable items, if you have expiring items, when you get into prescriptions, those type of things. The management of lots is critical, not just in knowing expiration dates, but also in scenarios where potentially you have a supplier that does a recall on an item. You need to know where in your warehouse. They provide you with a lot number that has an issue for recall. They can provide you with that lot number. You can very simply search by, the lot number also and find any inventory that you have in your warehouses that you would need to dispose of or return. So it's not just all about inventory management. It's also about mitigating risk to your organization. So go ahead with. that, Nari. Absolutely, Wade. The I think organizations have a lot of controls around these kinds of things, and it's important for us to capture the right kind of information along with the product in order to be able to then take appropriate actions on it. Some of those actions are actually going to be apparent in the next few minutes as well. So we did a receive. Right? So let's just go into consumption, and we'll kinda go and consume the same, you know, same item. So I'm just gonna go select the warehouse and, again, selected the same warehouse, and then I can select the same item. And so if I go into this, you see the available quantity here is 2 70 5. Let me just select 10. And this is where this starts to become very apparent. If you notice, we just received 100 each for June 30 as well as September 30. Right? You see the 100 here. But the nice thing about this is it automatically kind of orders this based on the expiry, the one that expires the earliest. So that automatically gives you the ability to perhaps pull from that particular lot and, you know, save, right, like reduce your spoilage when it comes to these kinds of things due to expiry and whatnot. So that's the really good, you know, kind of intuitive functionality that's already been built into it. So we're gonna select this first log just for just for this, and I'm gonna save it. And then I'm gonna submit it, And then the request is successful. And so if I were to go back to this just just to kind of reconfirm it and maybe not select that, but you can do that as well. And just click on add. I just wanna show that the quantity has now dropped here from, like, you know, 14 to four. So, again, real time consumption against Coupa right there. And and this is it's real time, and it is Coupa. So you're you're in a interacting with the system in a simple mobile application format. But if we were to log in to Coupa in a browser based system and pull that up, we would immediately see those transactions. So this is all happening real time in Coupa. It's not happening in a separate application that is then tying back to Coupa. This is actually happening in the Coupa inventory module itself. Yes. Thank you, Vic. Thank you for reinforcing that. The next functionality we're going to talk about is dispose. And so, again, we'll use the same function we'll use the same set of, I would say, data for it just to have consistency. And so here you see that it's actually reduced because we've consumed 10. Previously, was two seventy five. It has now become two sixty five. And let's add, you know, let's add a couple of these here. Right? So add. I will just add, you know, you know, let's add four. Right? And I can add a note now. I can say expired. Right? Or whatever we wanna add. Right? And then I can select a lot and select this one. And then I can do an attachment. So I can either take a picture, or I can basically just add a file from my, you know, device. So I can do I'm just gonna take a picture here. And so now that is attached as well. And so now I'm gonna save this. So you can And so you can see that, you know, the the request was successful. So, again, if I go back into this post, and I may have selected the wrong quantity, but we'll see in a minute. Yeah. I I did select just two, but you'll see that automatically we've disposed off two. So that's really the dispose functionality. Again, all of these go against this same product. We're able to select, you know, against a particular lot. We're able to take multiple actions against that particular lot. And so right now, we have demonstrated, you know, receiving. We have demonstrated consumption. We have demonstrated dispose. Obviously, the application itself has other functionalities, as you can see, bulk adjustment, inventory adjustment, inventory transfer, picking, and such. But in terms of just this particular section of the demo, these are the three functionalities we're demonstrating. Wade. Do you wanna chime in before I jump into the cycle counts in offline mode? No. I I think we're good. Okay. Great. Okay. So let me move on to the next next thing we'd like to demonstrate, and this relates to particular request. So this is a very high end experience, you know, delivering organization that had a very specific challenge or request. They deliver high end experiences and they actually have a seller, you know, of expensive wine, you know, somewhere buried under a mountain, no Wi Fi. And once a month they do cycle counts of the wine bottles. And the challenge that they have is that every single time it takes them about forty minutes to go and do a cycle count of the whole thing. And so they yes. me just. correct let me just correct that, Aditya. It's not forty minutes. Once a month, they do a cycle. count. It's forty. eight hours. to complete that cycle count. apologize. Yes. That's right. It's forty hours. It's a big difference. And so the question that they had for us was, hey, we'd love it if, you know, we just had a want that we could waive and then we could get the cycle counts for it. And so we thought that was a very interesting challenge or problem, and so we thought we'll kind of see how we can solve it. So so let me go into offline mode just, you know, for now. And when you go to offline mode, it kind of fetches, you know, all of your data and kind of readies, right, all of this so that you're able to take actions against it. And so, you know, in an offline mode, we have, again, multiple functionalities, but let's take the specific one here, which is cycle counts. There's multiple cycle counts. These are usually assigned to a particular person and only accessible by that person. That person can only act on it. We're gonna pick one here. And if you look at this icon right here, I guess this is the icon. So the that's the the functionality for, you know, either scanning barcode or RFID. We could do both. Let's select RFID right here, and we could do literally a start RFID. So what what you're saying is if you have this bunker, this, I guess, we'll call it a tomb full of, nice wine that you're inventorying once a month, no Internet connectivity, you can take this offline. If you're managing via barcodes. So the solution that we're talking about is bottles, cases, you know, packs, whatever the units of measure may be that are stored in this inventory location. We talk about waving a magic wand. We're literally walking in with a mobile device. We're presenting that mobile device in front of any of the inventory on hand that has, active RFIDs, tags available on those on that, those inventory items. And the application is picking up all of that, inventory information without manual manual entry. It's actually extracting that all from the RFID, tag information. So the waving of the magic wand is literally putting your device in proximity of the RFID tags associated with your inventory items. So go ahead, Aditya. Thank you, Ved. And so you'll notice here that, you know, there's about 12 tags that came up. And you'll also notice that right at the bottom, there's also a removed duplicates that has come in as well. Right? So there's obviously a possibility when you're waving a wand around or a device around that you capture the same tag more than once. And so in addition to really being able to capture the tags, you know, as you kind of activate the start RFID, you're also given the option to really to remove duplicates. So you can actually click on remove duplicates, and what that does is it takes any duplicates that existed. In this case, there were previously 12 duplicates, and, you know, now there are eight because we had actually waived it against the same RFID tag twice, and it removed the rest of it. And so you could literally, you know, save it right here and, you know, and then you could kind of take, you know, whatever actions you can submit it back. Not gonna do it right now just for a variety of reasons. But, so this is functionality, again, that gives you the ability to literally accelerate your ability to do cycle counts, and it allows for you to be able to do it both against an RFID as well as barcode. And that's all I had for today's demo. Wait. Yeah. So appreciate the, you know, obviously, the demonstration there. I think it just demonstrates a a partial, functionality of the actual tool. Right? So we saw some things like cycle count, some other activities, obviously, not the entire, functionality of the application. There's other things we mentioned earlier in the in the session around asset tags. We saw that we can, take images, notes, those type of activities around it. So there is additional functionality, inventory transfers. All of the functionality that exists in Coupa inventory, the inventory module itself are available in the, Inventora application. So, maybe we can jump through here to, the summary here of looking at what we've what we've actually seen. Right? So when we talk about typical mobile inventory solution challenges, other mobile applications, other technologies that are out there, we see lengthy implementations. Obviously, implementations come with a a cost associated. You may need to buy, actual RFID or barcode scanning devices, which can range anywhere from $400 to $4,000 a device. And then you have extensive training and an adoption based on it being a unique solution or an additional, solution within your ecosystem where the inventor the Inventora application, you know, that that we've gone through and designed and built, there's zero setup time. It's not an implementation. It's enablement. So it's an enablement. So we create a license key. That license key is created. It's activated in your environment. So So any user that has access to inventory in the Coupa inventory module can download the Inventor app and work via that application. They will see the permissions that they have in your Coupa ecosystem. So it's permission based. It's authenticating into Coupa, and it's aligning with all of your settings in Coupa. So there's literally minimal setup time because we're enabling a license key, typically coterminous with your Coupa subscription as well. There's no setup for fee for that. There is no implementation project. There's no eight to ten week timeline to get that done. This allows users, if you choose to use their own device, they can use their mobile phones, whether it's iOS or Android. This can be $99 Lenovo tablets that you can deploy this on, and it's active. It's an enablement. It's not an implementation, so it's active, immediately. And I'm not sure, Aditya, if you wanna add any additional context to that, but that's a little bit about the value add and the benefit of the solution and the reality of actually deploying the solution. No, but I think you've covered it really well. These were some of the the recurring challenges or asks that we always had from customers. They do love their Coupa ecosystem, and our goal really was to extend it and make it available wherever they were, meet them where they were in order to really empower them with, you know, integrated barcode scanning as well as access to their Coupa infrastructure real time. So that's absolutely, you know, what Invantra kind of hopes to do. And so, Okay. yeah, I think this slide appropriately kind of represents that as well. Coupa is a very, very powerful platform, and it continues to grow and shape, you know, based on, you know, how how the entire space is really transforming itself, whether it is direct and indirect procurement coming together or other things that are happening in this particular space. And Inventor really sits on top of Coupa and leverages its potential, you know, in terms of it being flexible and available, you know, wherever you are, whether it's the shop floor, whether it is the, you know, the warehouse or wherever it is that you're receiving these things. And that's really the goal that we set out to achieve within METHER. Excellent. Yeah. I think that that's a great summary. I just want to point out that we have a a whole lot of questions which have come up. So I just want to be conscious of time. I think we have six minutes more, but there are a lot of questions. So let's go through them quickly. One of the questions which has come up is how are the barcodes mapped to items and material? So I think I think that can vary. Right? So when you're configuring your Coupa inventory, some companies are actually creating items. So they're creating items in Coupa itself. When they create that item, they can associate, a barcode. They can associate an item number, a description, a manufacturer, all of that information, expiration dates, all of that information, in Coupa and creating items, within a catalog. You can actually use the Coupa supplier portal to allow your suppliers to create those items and therefore associate the related, barcodes. And then also you have the ability of something as simple as you could use the barcode scanner and scan a 20 ounce bottle of Mountain Dew, and it's going to bring up the information associated with that item for you to add to your inventory, adjust your inventory receive, whatever that may be. So there's multiple ways to associate the barcode with items. Got it. And I think that's one other question which has come up is, is this the product's barcode or the end user's barcode when scanning the inventory? Yeah. And I and I think that can be either one. Right? So you. may have you may have suppliers that create barcodes for your PO numbers that allow you to scan a PO when it shows up. You may have suppliers that are creating that generate their own items, just like I mentioned Mountain Dew. Mountain Dew is creating its own barcode when they ship that item to you or when you're ordering that item. They may provide the barcode with all of the detail, or you may create those yourself. So it can be either. I don't know if that. answers the question, hopefully. Yeah. I think it answers the question. One more question is, is there a way to make the comment or note a required field when doing an inventory adjustment or disposal or whatever? So making the note a required field if you're doing an inventory adjustment, that's not an option today, but it's not outside the realm. I don't think that would be a complex, development scenario for us. If you have that need, we could do the requirements review session with you. If that's a requirement that you have, we could certainly explore that as potentially a setting in your environment to that that would also be applicable in the inventory application. Perfect. One question is about what are the primary industries or use cases this has been deployed or developed for, such as manufacturing versus services? Yeah. So I think when you look at manufacturing, there's heavy manufacturing where you get into bill of materials and subassemblies and all of that. Typically, companies that are doing that are buying a full blown warehouse management solution. It's not Coupa inventory itself. But when you look at what I would call light manufacturing that doesn't include, you know, deep dive bill of materials, subassemblies, those type of things, the Coupa inventory application applies. And other than that, I think you could apply it to any industry that's out there. We have, when we talk about specific industries, we've gone through, the development targeted at technology, at therapeutics, biosciences, health care, education, so university laboratories, those type of, scenarios, food and beverage, resorts, hospitality, just a myriad of of industries. So I wouldn't exclude any, industry from the possibilities of Coupa inventory and the inventory application. Great. That that clarifies. Okay. There's some questions which have come up on the chat as well. I think there's a question there's a suggestion to have a webinar on a deep dive into Coupa Software inventory module. Yes. We will we'll definitely do that. It's a great idea. Okay. There seems to be one. question around scanning barcode. Mhmm. I don't know if that was later on answered or that was captured. But when we actually did the lots, we actually scanned a barcode in order to capture the lot and, you know, just added some additional stuff to it. But so this can scan pretty much QR codes or any type of barcodes. There's no there's no challenge with either. Got it. Got it. One other question is, can you automatically prepopulate lot number based upon the unit to minimize user entry? Lot number based on the you know, I guess we would have to look at that. I mean, we'd have to just understand the use case in the scenario. Yep. If for that to be the case, you would have to know the lot number associated with that item, which if that was the case, you would probably be ordering when you place an order with your supplier for that item, you would also be referring to the lot number associated with that item, at which point we could process that. But, yeah, I think we just need a little bit deeper dive into the use case and the requirements around that specifically. Happy to do that. Obviously, happy to do demos or deep dive, conversations around your specific scenarios and use cases. Yep. I think we there's few other questions. I think we'll have to look at them offline. Really, thank you for the audience for being so engaged and asking us all of these questions. We'll we'll definitely follow-up. And as Wade mentioned, I think the best next step would be to see the see the product in action. Like, see and have more of a one on one conversation. Ask us questions, and we'll be happy to answer those. So we'll take the unanswered questions. We'll document answers. We'll send those out. We can send a recording to the webinar. We can send responses to those questions. I think just as a follow-up, if you have an interest or a need, you can certainly reach out to your Coupa account executive. You could reach out to Aditya or myself. We can get you, any additional information that you need. We can get into requirements planning. So happy to help with, any of those scenarios. We'll send that information, contact information also with the, recording and question answers, and we can go from there. So whether you need requirements planning assistance or a deep dive into the solution, we're happy to do that.
